Excellent service by hotel staff and excellent food quality as well. Nice place to enjoy and cool climate during summer too. Very nice place for couple. Best hotel in the locality. Best place to shop for fresh vegetable masala. Would recommend everyone for 2 nights stay to enjoy the climate.

Wouldnât normally choose a resort type hotel but it was delightful. Our âcottageâ apartment was secluded and had wonderful views across well maintained gardens. Monkeys in trees with chipmunks were entertaining. Restaurant excellent and handy for buses to Periyar Park. Most importantly staff could not do enough to make our stay a pleasant one in an understated and friendly way

Spacious rooms . Very good hospitality nice ambience and warm staff must stay. Location in the centre of the city and good food. Pool table nicely maintained and cultural show a good retreat. Weather was lovely in the month of January

The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and was as we expected it to be. The food was very good and the staff there attended to our needs appropriately. Enjoyed the pool and the pool side environment and ambiance was excellent.

We loved this hotel, ALL the staff were so engaging in a very easy going way and reminding you what we could do and see while we were there. The room was a small bungalow with a sitting out area which was shaded with lovely plants. The pool was lovely if a little chilly but we had been warned it may be cooler up in the hills â and it was. We were pleased with the approach to caring for the environment too eg boiled water in glass bottles daily, water to heat as needed and asked if we wanted room cleaning but as we were there only 2 nights this really was not necessary and again this seemed a sensible thing to do. Food was very good both buffet and a la carte with lots of choice at all meals. Their vegetable and spice garden was amazing to walk round and I was given some fresh mint for my mint tea which was lovely. We had the chance to see the amazing Indian dancers and enjoyed daily afternoon Chai tea . We briefly met the bouncy monkey family and did head warnings to keep our room door closed at all times! Thank you to all a lovely place.
