Very good Hotel, neat & clean...location is good as it's close to most of the places like shopping area& leisure area...
Food is par excellence... thanks for being Pure veg... complementary Breakfast is very good, taste wise & variety wise too.
People at r caption as well as staff is well behaved, courteous & helpful.

Till date, I have stayed twice at Casa Fortuna.
During my 1st stay @ Nov'17, I loved the veg food served at Casa Kitchen & 24*7 room service concept and re-booked it.
During my 2nd stay, the best experience was the warm hospitality extended by Front Desk Officer-Ms Garima, who was very keen to know about my last stay experience.

Comfortable stay although rooms a bit small. Location not ideal - very noisy (from outside and inside the hotel). Good vegetarian breakfast served, great staff. Rooms were clean with ample toiletries provided.

We had comfortable stay at this hotel from 13.12.2017 till 15.12.2017. the stay was comfortable and luxurious .the restaurant is simply amazing. Being a vegetarian the food was amazing and the variety was too good. Staff were good too . centrally located . the only problem I found that the staff were expecting tips all the time ?? not sure of that ..

I stayed in the hotel in December 2017 to celebrate Xmas in Park street with my family. Casa Fortuna is a nice boutique hotel with very clean rooms, prompt service, friendly staff and a fantastic vegetarian breakfast. The hotel is centrally located. You could easily access central and south Kolkata. Only complaint about the hotel is that we did not find a safe in the room. However, we managed without that easily.
