Me and my friends visited this property on Jan 13th,2017. We were welcome with welcome drinks and warm smile by the receptionist.
We have to scot to our rooms and the resort area. Mr. Rajat, took care of us very well. The quality of food was nice and the employees was very professional and polite.
At evening we got a bonfire set up next to river which was a great experience for me and my friends.
Overall its a decent property, nice for a group of friends,family and kids.
Parking area in inside Resort premises.
Only 1 thing which i find negative is , if you are 3 people staying in 1 room than u you to sleep in mattress there is no availability of extra beds. However, as per our conversation with resort manager they have beds soon..

We had an amazing time at the resort. The staff was attentive and the location is superb with a beautiful backdrop of the kosi river that separates the resort to the jim Corbett park or jungle.
What made this memorable was manager Prakash Bhuguna and his team. They took special care my wife and I and even surprised us with very memorable dishes at dinner. I can't thank then enough for going the extra mile and making us feel special.

I had taken a group of 16 retired IAF officers and their spouses to Kanwhizz Hum Tum Resort, Jim Corbett Park. The average age of the participants had been around 68. Considering the age factor, all we needed were a peaceful place,well-kept quiet surroundings, good rooms, hygienic food,clean bathrooms and proximity to mother nature. We were pleased to get all these at the said resort for three days between 6th to 9th November 2017. We found the staff to be attentive, polite and eager to please us. Their sincerity was apparent in their smiling eyes. The cook rustled up a variety of food during each mealtime and the servings had been generous. Two courteous young ladies were available at the reception through the day. They could attend to the customers well. Resort Manager Mr. Prakash Bahuguna had been personally seen around most of the time. He made effective arrangements to meet our needs and made sure that the services were provided with a a touch of personal attention. His attitude of non-interference provided us the much needed privacy which allowed us to put our hair down and be ourselves. Soft music played from strategically placed speakers all over the resort, made the mornings more enchanting and the dancing flames of camp fire at night filled us with warmth under the canopy of star lit sky,
After returning home, I have received a numerous whatsapp messages from the participants saying that, they had had a wonderful time while staying at the resort and there had been not a single complaints received. It speaks volumes of the resort and the services that the staff provided us. We all wish them well.

We visited this resort in July 2017. Property is good, clean and maintained..... only issue is the slow staff... May be it was off season ...
Food served was okay... not bad at all but not too yummy to ask for more...
we took 3 rooms which were good...
good things....:
You can enjoy a good evening here siting at the lawn facing Kosi river.... nice shamiyana tents...

Went there in the month of Jan'17 with a group of 15 people, got a sweet deal of Rs 2000 per pax which included 4 full course meals, evening tea & snacks and Bone fire & DJ. The resort is pretty big and has lots of additional facilities like Swimming Pool, Badminton court, Table tennis and Gym. The back side of resort has river view and river is not too far either, can spend quality time at the river bank. The rooms are quite spacious with LED TV, coffee maker, AC however bathrooms left lot to be desired. Overall it's a nice property to spend quality time with friends and Family. One important point to note here that resort is about 5 kms from main Ramnagar city so please make sure you load your stuff like drinks and other personal stuff before checking in.
