I stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights and it was really an unpleasant experience right from the Check-in to Check-out. the staff took 20 mins for taking a reservation even though we had done the booking in advance. Room size is small and the TV shows only a few local movie channel. No newspaper given in room. The dinner experience was also not good as both nights the food was tasteless.

Caspia Hotels - Pune is a very awesome hotel..I stayed with my friend and we had lots of fun we met with my friends after so many days and we really enjoyed there and the service was also very awesome.

Patronised between Jan 06 2018 to Jan 08 2018. Had a memorable stay there.
Strategically located close to Airport and in the centre of pune business hub of viman nagar kharadi and magarpatta.
Crisp Clean luxurious rooms, secured parking, immediate responsive reception and house keeping, lavish buffet breakfast spread with highly courteous staff with special mention to Mr.Prashant and Ms.Rachel at reception with swift check in and check out are some of the qualities of this special property.
Hotel goes our of the way to meet the needs of customers.
Will definitely visit again in future.

It was great stay, I stayed with my friends entire front desk team was very friendly, Sumit, Prashant,Akash they all make us feel like home, it is really value for money, rooms are beautiful, thank you housekeeping for for cleaning our rooms nicely, we will visit soon!

Stayed here during business trip to Pune. Good location,right on Kharadi bypass, Just 15-20 min drive from airport.
Room was decent size and main important room and bathroom was very clean. HK and reception Staff was polite and helpful.
Nice breakfast spread and taste good too!
Overall nice experience! Keep it up team Caspia!
