Nice hotel for a nights stay, 2 minute walk from the tube station which was handy. Our room was lovely, a lot nicer than I expected as I thought I had only booked a standard room. Shower was fantastic (although it did leak a little). Bed was fairly comfy, pillows a bit hard but as it was only a nights stay couldn't complain. The only downfall was the wait to check in. We had a restaurant booked so needed to get in the room quickly to get ready but ended up waiting to check in for 20 minutes. Understandably it was a Friday night so they would have been busy, but still annoying as we had to then rush, the staff could have been a lot quicker. Other than that no issues, would definitely stay here again as it was a great room for the price (£80 for two people).

Excellent location in good area with multiply choices for food ( Indian Chinese Arabian restaurant)
Very comfortable for connection in central London ( only two stops from oxford circus with central line ,underground station 5 minutes walk from hotel maximum.
Staff very good and helpful for any request
Breakfast classical English (not include to price)
Room comfortable and clean

The rooms are shabby and the beds are old and grotty. The two I saw were quite small, not much room to move about. The bathroom/shower was strictly single file no room to move at all. Dreadful hotel. If you are desperate stay, otherwise give it a big miss.

I arrived quite early in the morning after 12 hrs flight and got to attend a wedding ceremony, so I will need shower and stuff. I am so lucky that they actually gave me an early checked in (very early checked-in). I got the room as advertised or as stated in Agoda. A very Cute Single Room with a Big Rain Shower. Room is very cleaned and it was so cozy so after the whole day walking in London, I am able to have proper rest.
The Location. It is just a few steps from Kensington Garden and Hyde Park. 2 mins walk to Central Line Tube Station (Queensway) and 4 mins walk to Circle and District Line Tube Station (Bayswater) which both served all the most touristy spot in London. AND only 10mins walk to Notting Hill and Portobello Market. it was just awesome.
I dont really interact much with the front desk or other staff since, I am mostly out but the reception that checked me in the morning I came is very helpful.
I have no complain whatsoever and next time I come to London, I will no doubt will stay here again.

The hotel staff were very nice and tried very hard to support everyone in the hotel. Sadly the room I requested had two single beds and I requested a large double bed. The room was very clean and the toilet was sanitised and spotless. The towels were very old and like cardboard. The furniture around the toilet was hanging off the wall and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall in to the toilet.
However the cost of the room in comparison to its location was a very good price and it is well located. Little things that should be attended too would make this a much better hotel and improve the rating as it offers huge potential.This is a hotel for a short trip or business stop over and is useless for families or business guests.
