Enjoyed a pretty good 9 night stay. Facilities and staff were great with the exception of the bed which was TERRIBLE. The base was broken so sagged into the middle. Otherwise really enjoyed and the staff were super friendly.

Good room, location in suburb. Easy to find, but take care - booking.com gives wrong address! It is better to put in navigator Rue de Cavailles without number. The hotel is closed after 21.00 but electronic key is OK

Location is a bit out of town so not too noisy but a brief 15/20 minute walk. The car park is very spacious and secured at night so felt very safe. Also very near a few supermarkets for picking up some essentials
The pool is a little small but perfectly fine - occasionally a little busy but we sometimes had it to ourselves when travelling in high season in august.
Appartments were clean when arrived but were only cleaned once during our week long stay. Would have been useful to have some more towels. Double bed was very comfortable. Sofa was ok for an adult but the pull out bed underneath the sofa would be better for a child rather than an adult.
The wifi is not that good - its temperamental and prone to crashing once you've signed on.
For the price its brilliant. Its not a hotel so don't expect 24hr service. However staff were wonderful, very polite, spoke great English/French/Spanish, recommended driving routes/Parking options in the city and booked taxis for us.

We cannot fault this budget hotel - we booked a family room well in advance, just needing a stopover and asked for a travel cot to be placed in the room as well as a bed for our four year old. Arrived at the hotel to find plenty of parking available (automatic gates at night that require a passcode), there where a few tourers parked at the back of the car park as there was huge amounts of space. Reception was large and well lit, check in was very quick. Swimming pool was a great addition (we didn't use it but saw it being cleaned and checked the following morning). Lifts to all floors. Our room was actually a one bedroom apartment (perfect for travelling with two children), with a sofa, roll out bed underneath (already made up), tv, table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave and a dishwasher (with a tablet!!) all in the kitchen/lounge/diner. Bedroom had a large bed with huge amounts of storage space. Toilet and bath with shower over were in separate rooms off the corridor. Breakfast was free for our two children and â¬9 each for a continental breakfast for us, not a huge variety but plentiful and constantly topped up. Whilst this is a budget, apartment hotel it was perfect for our needs, very clean and tidy, well run and with secure parking. 5 minute drive into Carcassonne. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

For Brits abroad who miss tea-making facilities, an apartotel with an equipped kitchenette like this is ideal. There is even a small table and chairs for those who fancy some simple home cooking or who despair of finding a vegetarian option, so rare still in French restaurants. We enjoyed our short stay but were there to check out the pool for next year's stay with the grandchildren. It's O.K. but situated about 20 yards below a busy road so not quite the sylvan setting we'd hoped for. We preferred Cerise sud which is better situated with an indoor pool overlooking a garden. Much less pollution! Great value both hotels.
