My best advice to avoid this place. The attitude of the staff was a disaster.
It doesn't matter even if you are loyal client you shoud pay 1⬠for a restaurant WC, and they can print the official bill for that. Can you believe that?

We had a few days break on out first trip to Lithuania and found this perfect villa . Would start in saying this is a villa and not a hotel , more like a 5* b&b so don't expect the ritz but it doesn't take away the charm of this place . They had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and as we proceeded the short 10min down cycle tracks we eventually arrived and what a little gem it was . Situated right on the beach it was in a stunning location , nestled in the woods with the sound of the sea . Our room was a standard double , was clean and tidy and perfect for the two of us . We walked everywhere and takes about 30min to walk into Palanga to lots of restaurants and things to see and do . The staff were so helpful and always there to help. Would definitely stay here again on our return and recommend this place .

I booked 2 rooms, a superior double room and the upper foot 2 bedroom apartments, although generally the rooms were good, the double room had no opening windows and half of the room consisted of window being a corner building room and in summer was like being in a greenhouse, the room price reflected location over room size value, the apartment although very nice on appearance's was 3 times the cost over the other room, my decision to book that room was because of the spa bath shown in the pictures on the hotel web site, the large bed on the mezzanine floor and the upper floor view, the spa was not working and had been disconnected completely, and the large bed had 2 single quilts instead of a king size or even a double quilt, so sleep was disturbed. For £234 a night I was angry and very disappointed that things weren't 100% or that the hotel showed no interest in what they must of thought petty issues. If this wouldn't bother you then my view and score may seem unmerited, as the beach location couldn't be any better.

This small hotel is perfect for people who want to run away from crowd, routine or just to do nothing for couple days.
Quiet and relaxing hotel with a stunning location.
Very helpful staff, a big credit to company is Daiva - super friendly and always ready to assist.
We had access to a spa, 1.5 hrs is only for you. Just wonderful - not sharing steam room or Jacuzzi with someone else. We felt more relaxed. Plus I had massage made by Martynas. It was very nice and professional massage.
Thank you.
Looking forward to come back again and this time hopefully in summer.

We stayed in a supposedly 'deluxe' double room with spa option. Well, unless you have nothing better to do with your money and feel like throwing it into the wind then don't bother staying here. The quality is really not worth the price. Our 'deluxe' room in the claim to be 4 star hotel was of a quality of a mediocre 3 star b&b standard room. Except for the price of course. Let me do it in bullet points.
1. The room is tiny
2. The mattress isn't great, sleep was not comfortable and my mom woke up with a pain in her back
3. The blinds on huge windows are just for show - they do not keep sunlight out at all, so if you feel like sleeping in on a lazy afternoon, forget it.
4. However, I struggled to go to sleep in the night too because of a huge outside lamp hanging right over the glass part of the roof and shining straight into my eyes.
5. The cold AC that made so much noise, blew cold air when its already 9 C outside and couldn't be switched off or at least set to warm didn't much help either.
6. The towels looked cheap, thin and slightly washed off
7. There was a kettle in the room, but only one tea bag of green tea and one tea bag of what I presume must have been something like English breakfast tea. We ended up buying tea in the local supermarket. There were only two sachets of sugar, no milk, no coffee option and no spoons to whisk it either.
And the best thing out was the spa - the jacuzzi was slimy and broken and stank of chlorine and dirty water so badly we couldn't sit there for even a minute.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location because the sea is basically on your doorstep but it is not worth paying that much money only for that. I have stayed in Palanga before and there are many hotels that are much better quality and cheaper. And if that means I'll have to walk to the sea an extra 5 minutes, so be it.
