About the service is too pathetic. They are not provided drinking water even after several times follow ups. Food options and test not compare with 3 star catagory. Even front desk staff are making so many mistakes, like invoices checked person name and number of PAX.

Not only is the place amazing the staff are exceptional. Their genuine joy and making every stay memorable shines through. Moses Mccendro in the Lobby Lounge a remarkable example of true hospitality - a pergect balance of personal interest without intrusion. Well done to all the receptionand lobby staff.

The hotel amenities are good but the staff is not efficient. Location of hotel is near to L&T, DLF and Chennai trade center. So ideal for people who want to go there. The swimming pool is small but good.

We were a family of 4adults and 3year kid.. stayed here single night. Booked the hotel's cab that evening for a party which they said was busy at the last moment and hired a broken auto for us. Breakfast was ok and lunch buffet had limited variety. room service was good. Worst part was when we checked out and left for our train, a senior staff from reception blocked us with a security at the entrance and asked us to get in the hotel, thinking we dint settle the bill and we're leaving. After explaining, only he called the reception to confirm and left us even without a single sorry. Such an uncourteous staff we have ever seen. It was so shocking. What experience and service did he learn all his life with such big hotels so far even not knowing how to behave with customers! Without confirming with the reception how could he act like this. Since we had to rush for our train we left without any further argument. Worst experience so far.

We stayed for three nights and the stay was good.
1. Well located, very close to Bangalore Cochin express way.
2. Well equipped good and clean rooms.
3. Courteous service.
4. Poor vegetarian options for dining though breakfast was good.
5. Every time you step out, the key code is changed but guests not properly informed in advance, though it is said to be for better security, it is an irritant since we have to go to the reception to re set the key!
