First time stay in a Serviced Apartment and how lucky for it to be in Cheval Knightsbridge. The team were very welcoming on arrival and very helpful carrying my luggage and showing me to my room - first class service. Spotlessly clean and spacious apartment with lovely decor - I love the pug pics! Such a wonderful, cosy, comfortable apartment full of everything you need - welcome hamper, slippers, robes, umbrella's, reliable wifi, SKY - a real 'home from home' feeling and the best nights sleep ever, the bed was so comfortable and pillows are the best! I didn't want to get up!! Location is fabulous, with Harrods a few minutes walk away. This would be a great location to return to with my family and the apartment would offer more than enough space for us being a family of 5.
Thank you Cheval Knightsbridge for a such a fabulous experience!
Cheval Knightsbridge - An absolute gem in the Cheval portfolio and more than just a place to stay!

Having stayed in Cheval Three Quays on previous occasions, this was a first time visit to Cheval Knightsbridge and what a gem this place is!
From the warm welcome from Darren on check in, to the farewell departure 3 days later, our stay at Cheval Knightsbridge was comfortable and cosy. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and "homely", with very comfortable furnishings, great facilities and a welcome hamper which was a lovely touch. And we loved the pug images on the wall!
Relaxing in a wonderfully deep bath, to big fluffy towels and dressing gowns, from sinking into big comfy beds with wonderful pillows, the stay was comfortable from start to finish.
Being here for work, WiFi was important and the speed couldn't be faulted, no issues which enabled us to work in the apartment regardless of the time of day or night.
Housekeeping is of an incredibly high standard and all of the people we encountered from concierge to the maintenance man were friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the apartment mean you could quite easily stay here for extended periods (ah, if only!) and the location is brilliant with local shops and express supermarkets to stock up the apartment.
To Ben and the team, what a wonderful gem Cheval Knightsbridge is and thank you so much for our wonderful stay!
Great Place!

Fantastic Family Hotel with Superior Service and Amenities

My wife, 8-year old daughter, and I visited London over Thanksgiving 2017 (we're from the US) and stayed the Cheval Knightsbridge. We wanted a two bedroom suite, ideally with a kitchenette. Before booking, I looked at a lot of possibilities, and for the price (about $800/night US), the size of the rooms (1 master king, 1 bedroom with two twins that were pushed together, and the fact that it had a family room and kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, plus plates, glasses, utensils, and cookware), it seemed like a reasonable deal.
We chose the deluxe 2 bedroom because we had been told it had been renovated within the last 2 years. I'm very picky about the hotels I stay at and don't like outdated decor or old, dirty carpets. If I pay for a luxury hotel, I want an actual luxury hotel. I've stayed at many so-called luxury hotels in the US, only to be disappointed. And in fact, this is the first hotel for which I've ever felt compelled to write a review. Note: There was a less expensive 2 bedroom at Knightsbridge (it was $3000 for 5 nights, prepaid, compared to the $4000 that we paid), but it had not been recently renovated.
Upon arriving, we were greeted with enthusiasm by the night staff at the hotel, who paid special attention to our daughter. There was a bag waiting on her bed that had activities (games, puzzles, etc) in it, and there were also kid's slippers waiting there for her.
Our suite was very clean. This is one thing that I'm very observant about as it drives me crazy when a room hasn't been properly cleaned. It was impeccable. Everything was in its proper place and it was overall a very large space that had all the comforts you could want. I would say it's perfect for a family of three or four to stay.
The staff had left an assortment of snacks and other food for us, both on the counter and in the refrigerator. My wife had also ordered some groceries (from Sainsbury's) to be delivered prior to our arrival, and the staff had it all ready and waiting for us.
I should also note that this hotel is located one block away from Harrod's and just a few blocks from Hyde Park, so the location is really great. But because it's on the back street, we didn't hear the noise from busy Brompton Road.
The service here was superior, from start to finish. One night, upon returning from dinner, the concierge asked our daughter what her favorite ice cream was. She said chocolate or cookies and cream. Then we went to our room. Five minutes later, he was knocking on the door with two pints of Haagen Dazs Ice Cream: one chocolate and one cookies and cream. Our daughter was over the moon.
On another day, our daughter pointed out that the hotel had a "contest" in which they would loan you a stuffed animal for the day. The idea is that you would take a photo with it at a London attraction and post it on social media. I asked about the stuffed animal on our way out, and it was waiting for us when we got back. And it wasn't on loan: It was a new stuffed animal and the concierge said it was ours to keep.
My point is that the staff really goes above and beyond to give families a great experience, and are clearly trying to build a reputation for being a fantastic family hotel. As far as I'm concerned, they have truly earned that reputation and I would recommend them to any family who is visiting London.
Last thing: On the plane back to the US, I realized that I left my laptop and some US cash in the safe in our room. I emailed the concierge from the plane, and they immediately retrieved the laptop and per my request, had it overnighted to my office in the US, going to the trouble to exchange my US dollars to pounds, in order to pay for the shipment. And they did this enthusiastically with a "we can take care of this, no problem" attitude.
Obviously, I highly recommend the Cheval Knightsbridge. Not just because our suite was great, but because the people who run it are great, too.
Thank you Cheval
