What a stunning place to stay. We had a weekend stay. So close to tube links. Very well appointed rooms and extremely clean. Thank you Cheval for a great home from home. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, very polite and helpful. Long may this service reign.

Excellent!!! We hosted Pre-Drinks before a performance at the Royal Albert Hall. Reserved a one bedroom but needed to upgrade to a three bedroom only for the large living space to accommodate 30 guests. The staff were professional and extremely helpful. Our guests were made to feel welcomed and very happy. The apartment is well appointed but like any short or long term rental there are a few maintenance issues. But in saying that do not be put off, you will be pleased with your stay.

We had a truly exceptional stay at cheval Thorney Court from the time we arrived until our departure. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and the size was incredible. With regards to service, all the staff was very helpful If you are looking for a 5 star apartment, cheval Thorne Court is the place to go for. We will definitely return.

We booked from Friday to Sunday and from the moment we arrived it was perfect. Craig the head concierge welcomed us and even though we were a little early got us checked in. The car was parked for us. Upgraded without even asking to the Penthouse! AMAZING views of London, plush living quarters with lounge dinner two bedrooms two bathrooms extra toilet and fully fitted kitchen. A lovely welcome pack including wine water bread milk juices fruit and much much more. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The nearest tube is Gloucester Rd and there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. What an amazing place to stay with quality staff. We didnât want to leave.

Four of us had the pleasure of staying in this charming apartment hotel for one night on an autumn trip to London. Before our arrival, there had been various e-mails back and forth, all of which had been informative and courteous, a good start I thought. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Martin and Andros, who were delighted to tell us that we had been upgraded to the penthouse suite! What a lovely surprise. Check in was smooth and we were able to go to our suite ahead of official check in time which was very helpful. Martin escorted us to our penthouse which was spacious and tastefully decorated in a style befitting the age and era of the building, but with all the mod cons any one could need. After a tour of the facilities and explanations of how to use various gadgets Martin left us to enjoy the beautiful views of Hyde park that are available from the large terrace area.
We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the apartment, or the helpful, warm and professional welcome that both Martin and Andros extended to us. Hopefully we will be back, maybe to stay in the penthouse again!
