Hotel MyStays at Shin Osaka is the typical âJapanese business hotelâ: tiny rooms, no breakfast included (unless your deal offers one), super small bathrooms.
All basic amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels and electric kettle) are provided.
Both reception and rooms were recently renovated, staff is super proactive and speaks excellent English so I definitely recommend you to choose this hotel if youâre on a budget.
Last but not least, if you want to get a genuine meal nearby feel free to check my review about lovely âOkonomi house Don Donâ restaurant.

The hotel is situated 5-7mins walk from shin Åsaka station.. if you are carrying luggage need to be careful as we need to cross a staircase.. the property looks decent and the rooms are quite small (as expected) there was no place to even comfortably open the luggage.. but the rooms had everything you need.. clean rooms comfortable stay

I stayed one night as business use. I usually check my hotel before I book, the reviews said this hotel was renewed in 2016 and access is very nice from Shin-Osaka of Shinkansen station , so I expect staying at this time.
Unfotunally, I disappointed I chose it. The reason why is bath room was not cleaned up completely, I found many hairs in the bathroom and bed.
As more info, accommodation fee was so resonable, however I definitely want to say that the room size was so narrow, please clean us room completely.
Next time, I never choose this hotel again.

I was decided to stay with this hotel because it located nearby Shin-Osaka Station. Room is spacious with Japanese Hotel Standard. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Vending machine are available as others hotel. Coin washing machine is available on the second floor and can be accessed with hotel keycard only. I was pumping with other hotel guest which having party in the banquet room. There are many convenience store around the hotel. And restaurant in front of the hotel is great to having lunch or dinner. And taking nearest metro station to Shinsaibashi is the smart choice. Recommended.

The reason I chose this hotel is because it is close to Subway station and Shin-Osaka station. at first I did not expect much from this hotel, but it turns out the hotel has good facilities with budget hotel prices, staff is friendly, rooms are quite large (compared with other hotel) and clean, toiletries is complete, and also close to the convenience store.
