If you ever wondered what it was like to belong to royalty, this is the place to be! each moment of your stay is a royal experience. â¨as you walk through chunda palace, the effort to create a unique experience is visible in its intricate paintings, the furniture selection and distinctive decor of each room. â¨add to this the delicious food served at the restaurant with impeccable hospitality. â¨this can be enjoyed while overlooking a vista which begins with a green canvas leading to the lake surrounded by serene hills.â¨by the end of your stay you will be wanting to ride into the sunset while twirling your newly grown moustache! cheers! â¨â¨PS: do enquire about the rooftop restaurant at Sajjan Garh fort!

Stayed here for two nights. Fabulous rooms with ceiling painting and amazing decor throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast adequate . Lovely place to relax with rooftop pool and an indoor pool and gym as well. Strongly recommend

I don't usually give full rating to any establishment but Umaid Mahal exceeded our expectations. Not only is the property breath taking and nothing short of a Mahal/ palace, but the staff here are exceptional. They are very professional, friendly and they go out of their way to help you. My mother fell sick after getting to Udaipur and we had to take her to hospital at 1AM. The receptionist went out of his way to assist us - he arranged transportation, took us to the nearby hospital and stayed with us until my mother was treated and didn't make any deal out of it. Loved the food and ambiance at this place.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at! Apart from being one of the tallest buildings in the city with a magnificent view of the lake palace from the rooftop, Chunda Palace has impeccable service, stunning swimming pool on the rooftop, delicious food, unique interiors in every room with a touch of royalty! The restaurant serves very fine Indian cuisine as well as western food and the breakfast buffet is bountiful. The laal maas is finger licking good! The hotel has great amenities apart from the rooftop swimming pool like the indoor pool, gym, live rajasthani folk music playing on the rooftop for dinner, bikes on demand. In a nutshell, the experience was like being treated as a royalty in a royal palace, true to its name!

This hotel perfectly captures the beauty of Udaipur. Situated in a fantastic location, the property takes you back in time with it's beautiful architecture, intricate paintings and royal set up. The hospitality, the delicious food served at the restaurant and the magical views of the lake made this experience even better. Special thank you to the host for taking such good care of us! I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Udaipur. If you're looking for a royal experience, this is the place to be!
