Here Merange Astris hotel located in center of Bangalore has very excellent service, facilities such as swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and etc.
And all reception people especially name Nayna very kind and walm treatment.
I have been very satisfied and would like to recommend this hotel to all visitors to Bangalore.

Very Good Ambience and facility. Support staff is very humble and softspoken, right from front desk to room cleaners. Rooms are well lit.
Breakfast variety is too good with live Dosa counters.
Couple of suggestions - The Inhouse resturant should include Non-Veg food & there was a smoky smell in our room, the rooms should be air freshed.

I had stayed there with my family in room no 6006.that was a very good stay and had a best experience. Pool is NYC.. Breakfast also tasty.. Very friendly and helpful staff specially nayan moni in reception he is very helpful and humble guy. I really him a lot and housekeeping staff also...

The Melange Astris should be one of the top places to stay in Bangalore, with spacious rooms and value for the money. However, itâs not. If you want a place with an attitude and robust moral policing, this is your place.
This place is a little different from the other hotels in the area. The rooms have interesting shapes to them and are spacious. Some rooms look like studios with full kitchens while other rooms are full-blown apartments with a bedroom.
However, the rooms are starting to look worn and hotel is slowly falling into the trap of not maintaining the property correctly (just look at the traveler photos). Their online pictures look like they were shot when the hotel opened.
Breakfast could be a lot better. Currently, itâs all VEG, with no option for at least eggs or omelets. They only offer one or two continental options like pancakes, which were not great. Most mornings, I was reduced to eating toast with coffee.
And then, we had an incident with the front-desk.
On two different occasions we left the hotel, flew to another city while maintaining the room with our substantial luggage because we were coming right back. This means that on multiple nights our room sat empty. On both occasions, the front-desk staff saw us leaving and returning.
One night, a friend came to visit and stayed late. He could not find an Uber or Ola cab to take him home. We decided it would be best if he spent the night given that our room had two beds. In the morning, he had breakfast with us.
That day someone in the front-desk called me over while we were on our way out. They proceeded to complain about our friend spending the night, and effectively reacted as if we were trying to cheat them. They told me that we were going to have to pay for an extra guest and for their brilliant breakfast buffet. The conversation occurring in an accusatory tone.
And finally, looking through the online comments and responses on TripAdvisor, we found this brilliant nugget from the General Manager of the hotel:
âNOTE:Hotel may deny check-in to unmarried / unrelated couple / without proper baggage / ID and Address proof. This is at full discretion of the hotel management and also same has been informed to display in all our on-line portals whom we are dealing with.â
What exactly is âproper baggageâ, I wonder. Then, we found this on a different reservation site:
âGuests are required/requested to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in.â
Note to the hotel General Manager: Youâre in the HOSPITALITY business. If you want to be in the Moral Policing business, there are great positions open in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Iran.
We wonât be staying here again.

hotel is nice with good clean room. Hotel lobby is nice with many comfortable seat to sit and read. they have a small library on the 5th floor which continue many books in different topics.
Breakfast is so poor for non-indian as most of it is indian still food. poor jam, bread & cheese quality which must be reviewed by the hotel.
Hotel location is average as you need to use car or any other transportation to reach you destination.
