I had booked this hostel for one night. The pictures online doesn't look like the real thing. We came to the hostel, the building was ice cold. The bank terminal was broken so we had to leave the hostel again to take out money.
We pay. They dont have change. So the receptionist goes into the backroom and calls another receptionist standing smoking on the stairs. Only a few meters apart. They talk about the change. And the guy comes out again, now we have to pay 5000 forints (deposit) for a key so we can get in at night.
I feel they just made up that price so they didnt have to give change back.
We take the elevator up and not happely surprised to find that the neighboring room is the bathroom. It was quite smelly. We checked the bed and covers were full of brown spots.
We left the hotel after that. It was a waste of money. When you enter a hostel you shouldn't be meet with a feeling you would rather sleep in a chair.
Only positive thing with this place was the parking.

Lived here during szigetfestival. Basic rooms with shared bathrooms. The rooms where nice and clean but the showers and toilets got dirty fast even if they where cleaned every day. Really good location near to the city center, West end shopping and the termal bath.

Very poor value for money. Staff mostly absent or disinterested. No security - could easily walk in off street. . No cleaning or fresh towels for a week. No lights in corridors and some rooms missing numbers. Unacceptable for the high room price. Massively over priced for a poor hostel, worth looking else where.

Very poor, the guesthouse is run down and the staff are clueless. We stayed for 6 days and the room wasnt cleaned once. The two days we decided to have a lie in we had knocks at the door because the staff didnt know which rooms were occupied

The worse experience ever abroad, I went to the hotel at two in the afternoon, wait for 3 hours to sort out my room. The managers show up in a really aggressive manners. I never experience such a bad service and now solution given. I think if you not available to give room don't take bookings. After 4 hours of waiting I finally got the room, I was expected at least a discount for my time, not apologise given and really rode way to deal with the situation. In my opinion, really bad handle and really poor service. Also I pay for my breakfast that at the end it wasn't served, I have to ask for my money back, from mistake to mistake. The only thing I got good it was the situation to visit a near by museum.
