we had a very great time spending the new years eve last december 31, 2017 at city garden suites. a great room and a grrat stay. we 've stayed at 1 bedroom suite, it's more like a penthouse with receiving place and 2 split type a/c both in the room and in the receiving area.

Chickens and dogs were sounds I heard all night I wasnt able to sleep. The staff were polite. The room was ok. Maybe sound proof windows will help. I will stay somewhere else if I ever have to return to this area.

I have been staying at this property for about five years and stay there 2-3 times each year. The quality of their service is consistently exceptional. What makes City Garden Suites so exceptional and keeps me coming back is the staff! They are all totally professional, knowledgeable, perform their assigned responsibilities flawlessly and always with a smile!

Stayed here with Family for New Year Celebration Dec. 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018.
Reception: Yung nauna sakin sa line na foreigner todo explain si Receptionist about sa details ng room, wifi password, breakfast, kung gusto magpa-assist sa room ng mga gamit, etc. Nung ako na waley, hiningi lang yung 1k na deposit then binigay yung Resibo at Keycard, then babush iniwan na ko.. so need ko pa syang habulin para tanungin about sa wifi password, details ng breakfast tomorrow, Ni hindi man lang nag offer na ipa-assist yung mga gamit namin kahit kita naman nya na may bitbit akong 2 year old.
Room: Deluxe Twin room yung binook ko. Malinis at Komportable naman ang aming tulog. Wala nga lang bintana yung room.
Breakfast: December 31 breakfast was nice kasi konti pa lang nakacheck in. Pero nung January 1 breakfast ay disaster, ang haba ng pila at mukhang hindi sila prepared. Inaway ng mga tao yung receptionist sa Restaurant na nagpapapila dahil pag foreigner pinapauna nya, pero deadma lang yung receptionist. Mukhang sanay na sila sa ganung kalakaran na special treatment pag foreigner. Nagkakaubusan din ng pagkain sa restaurant. kaya kahit nakaupo na kami eh, need parin naming mag hintay ng 20 minutes para marefillan ang mga pagkain.
Nakakainis lang na makita yung mga attitude ng kapwa mo Pilipino na binabalewa ka pero pag foreigner ay special treatment.

For me...I chose it because it is close to St Lukes....and in fact I'll be coming there again on Feb.
I liked their variety of buffet breakfast and other foods.
The room is clean and the beds too!
I am just satisfied of their service.
Only one time they placed me to the smoker area room....which I didnt request. But I went to front desk to complain for it and they apologized and upgraded my stay and transferred me to the standard room for non smoker.
