My stay in Hotel City Plaza 3 was a disaster. I arrived at 1 am and check-in took over 20 minutes due to receptionist lack of knowledge of their booking system. I couldn't communicate with him as he didn't speak any English (that was on the night shift, the day shift guy had a rudimentary understanding of English, although I can't say that he can speak English).
My room was cold, too cold to sleep. I wished I had my sleeping bag with me.
Room wasn't clean and furniture was old and in a bad condition.
As I expressed my discontent in the morning the receptionist offered a free breakfast that consisted of the worst omelet in India and a coffee served in a dirty mug.
The only positive thing about the hotel is that they provide hot water.

Enjoyed tasty food and great nclean rooms at hotel city plaza 3 mohali.Earlier stay was not so good but now hotel has recently been renovated with nice new rooms.WI FI speed was good whenever i come to mohali in future i will stay in this hotel.Recommended

About hotel its now really excellent after renovation lift is not here but overall staff hotel and amenities all are really nice If you want to stay in mohali and not want to pay much then go for this hotel
As clean bedsheets and free and fast wi fi is the great facility here

the rooms are a bit small, but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked perfekt and the staff is friendly and helpful. a good breakfast was included. plenty of parking space.
overall a good experience.

Staff was very cooperative. Food was not bad. Location was good for me. Good wifi and parking.
I wasn't expecting anything special as it was a budget stay but bathroom was very dirty. General hygiene and cleaning standard was well below par.
