Two rooms were given on the 1st floor on New year's Eve. There was a party going on the ground floor and it was very loud till late night.
The rooms were neat and clean with the air conditioning working really well. The toilets definitely needs some sort of refurbishment as it looks really old.
Tried the food at the restaurant. It was average and they also forced us to go for their buffet which we denied outright.
The buffet breakfast in the morning had lot of variety and the taste was good as well. The service at the restaurant was lousy and bad. The staff needed consistent reminders to get the food and the bill finally.
Overall a decent place to stay for a day. They could do much better.

Stayed in Clarks inn enroute to Kerela for 1 night. This property looks like some old hotel given a fancy name. Their rooms are shabby, linen is brown, dirt everywhere and their room service, restaurant service is very slow. Certainly a wrong choice.

A great hotel to stay in. Good rooms , the food (breakfast and dinner) was great the buffet they serve is really great. The rooms have good views. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help u. The check -in process was fast with a welcome drink. It was a real good stay.

Well.....there was no electric supply in the Hubli and didn't want my family sleeping in the dark hence took them to this place which was a stone throws away from our home.
Was surprised to find that this is really a very comfy place and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hubli.
The rooms and breakfast is amazing.
P.s Choose this over others as I had a little not so good experience with others..;)

Location is good very near to hubli city adjacent to main road, but tha does not make any sense , 3 flags do not offer you any 3 star service, very poor service, not good food
swimming pool, gym all are for name sake
but rooms are spacioous
