The entire experience was fabulous. We spent a night. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The food was exceptional. Very tasty. They have a decent spread for breakfast. Staff are polite and always helpful

This seems to be a very old facility which needs some renovation on the interior. We found this place on OYO rooms & checked-in directly at the hotel in the evening on a 2 day business trip. The place is centrally located at Saraki Signal on Kanakapura road, JP Nagar, IV Phase which gives this place the location advantage. Luckily the AC was working and the bathroom fittings were proper. Complimentary south indian breakfast was good though they don't have an in house kitchen or restaurant. The receptionist can arrange for local taxi with driver who can speak English. Good for executive travel on lesser budget.

We got this room for Rs 1935 for standard a/c room. we asked for ac in working condition and they gave a room on third floor. The whole night the a/c was just running but no cooling. we could have taken non ac if they had mentioned earlier. Also room had no wifi connectivity, bathroom was a havoc. NEEDED PLUMBING and toilet seat was broken, so was sink. This place needs attention. Apart from that,they provided good south indian breakfast complimentary.
Wont stay next visit.

Stayed at hotel classic comfort during my business tour. It's an average hotel. Don't expect too much. Good for1 night stay.Room amenities are average and broken taps and wash basin. I booked room through goibibo and I got the room at 9.30 night.

we are booking 2 Executive room, 2 Night, from this hotel when we are check in they give us standard room, room condition are very poor, furnish, color, size & bathroom. we demand executive room but hotel authorized person tell us no room available. food are very cold and bed. next day we change hotel. we are continue 5 to 6 time call & mail talk to them. regards 1 Night payment refund but no give us any answer. finally today talk with hotel authorized person they tell us give not money back
