Very hospitable staff, welcome with a smile, good attitude for excellent customer service, amazing food with full of variety in both Vegetable as well as Non-Veg. options and good rooms, specially the Valley View is great.

We stayed at this place for two nights during January, part of our Kerala adventure. The staff at the reception were most helpful. we were welcomed with a smile and the check in was smooth. The rooms are decent size and clean but only with basic facilities. The food at the restaurant including breakfast was good quality, clean and fresh. we really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Good value for money.

Good hotel and staff members are supportive..Good food quality..Clean rooms...Restaurant atmosphere is good...And also view from room was good..Breakfast timing is good....Overall this is nice place nearer to visiting places....

Almost old fashioned in it's attention to detail in all respects. Staff are almost over obliging in their desire to make guests feel happy with their stay. Our room was large and although not air-conditioned was cool enough when it was 25c+ outside. Good views over rooftops. Food was really first class. We made the mistake of eating too much elsewhere on the way there leaving us unable to take advantage of the superb evening buffet. All good was quality mostly Indian traditional. Breakfast was also first class.

We had booked 3 rooms & stayed for 2 nights (2nd to 4th January, 2018).
The rooms are spacious with all amenities. Nice Queen size beds with clean Bedsheets. Washrooms are clean.
It's centrally located from all tourist attractions and market place. They have ample parking space to accommodate all guests vehicles ranging from 4 wheelers, tempo travellers and also buses.
The staff is professional. You can expect a Fast check in and check out. During check in they offer a welcome drink which is a nice gesture towards guests.
They have a nice restaurant which offers decent food both veg and non veg. On both the days of our stay we had dinner in their restaurant. When we stayed the hotel was completely full; but still there was no delay in their service. Hats off to the F&B manager & restaurant staff.
Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with widespread different menu on each day which includes live dosa counter, idlis, upmas, pohas, chole bature, French Toast, fresh fruits and milkshakes. Expect everything right from south to north India in your breakfast dish.
Overall excellent place to stay & can be referred to family & Freinds.
