Disabled Beware Room 5008

As a person with a disability I asked for the disabled room and was granted this, it is not what I got.
I also did due diligence regarding access to swimming pool and was assured from the images that the hoist would be readily available, just like the pool is readily available to able bodies people. That is not what I got.
Also did due diligence and was attracted to the indoor pool with nice small steps which any elderly or disabled person would be able to handle. That was closed, even if it was open you could not access this as there was no ramp!!
The room itself was positioned the furthest point away from reception and the pool. My question is who in their right mind if they are disabled would want to walk (assuming they could of course) the furthest!!
tHE ROOM. There was no ramp to access the room and so my electric wheelchair had to push it's way, which was damn difficult to gain access to the room.
The room entrance was so narror the wheelchair had to be unfolded, to dangerous.
Shower, nightmare on elm street guys. No grab rails, dangerous. No seat, so we took the grimy dirty grety or should I say while chair from the garden and had to bleach this to use this in the shower?
Toilet too low down
Bed, so low down could not get up by myself, so if other half left to go for a coffee outside and I wanted to get up for some reason I could not.
Outside, the step was so big I could not access the so called garden, which was so overgrown, just as well.
Next door neightbour was very surprised we had a disabled room, cause his was just like ours!!
Swimming pool, did due diligence or so I thought, regarding the picture of the hoist. I am a keen swimmer and this is why we came to this hotel, access via a hoist, to go in and out of the pool, like everyone else. Got that wrong. We had to walk to reception, bear in mind the distance now, speak to reception, book a guy to hoist the disabled person in. But you had to book this the day before? tIME AS WELL. My question is the able bodies brigade, can get into the pool anytime they like, not people with disabilities it would seem.
Bottom line is guys, no disabled room in 5008, no hoist anytime you like,no back garden,no access to a shower, bed, toilet as promised.
Disgraceful. As for the cooker and kettle, I was fortunate to have read the reviews on this topic, I read before the kettle when making tea tasted foul, truly correct, they put bleach in it. I later saw a few people renting out kettles, so work this one out for yourself at 20 euros a week, nice.... I took my own kettle fortunately.
Advise you not to cook and put kettle on as you will electricute yourself as they are too close together.
Internet does not work
Worse holiday I have had in many years.
Long weekend

My friend and I came here for a long weekend. We were not dissapointed. The place is lovely clean and tidy. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment it was more than adequate for our stay with all the things we needed convenient and to hand. The beds were very comfortable and as we were staying near the entertainment we heard no noise and a good nights sleep was had. The pools were lovely and not crowded. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. The entertainment was lots of fun to watch. Food and drink were reasonably priced and delicious. Within a very short walking distance of shops and restaurants and a large supermarket and more importantly the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend club Martha's to anyone staying in this beautiful part of the island.

The apartment had just had a refurbishment - so was in good condition - not big but adequate for a three day stay. Within our short stay towels were changed two and was cleaned.
Small balcony but adequate for two people to sit - great sun trap.
Only watched entertainment one - but the one show we watched was excellent.
Short walk to restaurants in square,
We had a lovely time here!

We loved this hotel. Set near a lovely small sandy cove and with shops and restaurants nearby.
Sea quite cold in Oct but weather was lovely.
Very pleasant area.
Lovely lobby and a friendly welcome.
Room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
Even with the evening entertainment, it was still acceptably quiet.
The pools were cold (it was late Oct) but very clean looking, with the added benefit of a heated indoor pool.
The gardens are lovely and the whole place has a pleasant smell to it.
The orange MARTHA'S signage could do with painting another colour as this 1970's look does not do the hotel justice, as once you are inside it is very stylish.
Food and entertainment not tested.
The balcony is large with a drying rack but I have one big problem with the balcony and that is the chairs/loungers are placed next to the balcony wall so parents need to be aware of this, as I think the positioning of these chairs pose a danger to children. Once you are in the apartment of course you can remove the danger by moving the chairs away from the edge but really they should not be placed flush with the edge in the first place.
Also, as a FOUR HOTEL YOU REALLY SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING FOR WIFI. I mean REALLY!! (I do not expect to pay for WIFI in a 2 star establishment let alone a 4 star one!).
I also would expect USB sockets in the rooms. I have stayed in 4 other similar hotels this summer and every one of them had free wifi and USB sockets.
However, I found the place charming and would like to go back next Oct half term and would recommend.
