Poor value for money. Except breakfast, nothing was upto the mark. Very casual staff.
- Room wall had seepage
- AC was so noisy that we had to keep it off in our stay of 4 nights
- housekeeping is very bad. Weâre not even replenishing water bottle or tissues. Mop used for cleaning itself was so smelly & dirty
- towels are very bad
- tv signal was poor
- hotel reception will not even inform you if car guy reports at concierge
- very narrow entrance for car

. The washroom glass door of room no.8110 shattered and fell over me
This is highly careless attitude on the part of your hotel management, that doesn't even check the accessories of the room before handing over to any new guest. And the management is trying to convince that the incident occurred because of forceful handling of that accessory.
Let me put into you noticeÂ
At the time of possession of the room, the glass door panel of the washroom was inside of the frame which ideally should be outside. So the tendency of any guest would be to open it in the free direction i.e inside in this case. But there is a wall protrusion on upper left corner of the inside wall which was obstructing the movement of that door.Â
What exactly happened is while coming out of the washroom i tried to open it and it hit on that protruded wall. It almost took me 2 hours to get your managers convinced that what went wrong and where is the negligence.Â
In case you don't have enough time to inspect the room before handing over, then stop entertaining the guests and operate in your handling capacity. This is really very disturbing and painful for the me and my family. Your silly negligence led to so much trouble for all.
For your information and prompt action I am enclosing the photographs of the washroom of room 8110.
1. The gap between the ceiling and the upper end of the door.
2. The depth of that protrusion which struck the door..
3. Full photograph of the washroom taken just after the accident.
Its absolutely clear from photo 1 that the door was opened inside as the hinges are faced inwards. And from photo 1 and 2 it is clear that the wall protrusion is obstructing the movement

Considering the proximity of the hotel to my office, booked my stay here..
Room: It was a suite with a lounge and a separate bed room. It was spacious with multiple amenities like microwave, sofa, TV, bar table seating. The decor is kept to a minimal and has a good diffused lighting which adds to the beauty. It has a separate balcony for an outdoor view while sipping on your tea or smoking.
Bathroom: Neat, clean and tidy with a separate shower area.
Food: The breakfast was complimentary. However, not many options for non-veg. Overall, decent not so great.
Staff : The staff at the front office are courteous and helpful. Always served with a smile
Overall, the stay is very comfortable and cosy and if you are on business trip with office inside Magarpatta, then I would recommend this place.

Decent hotel when visiting Magarpatta, decently priced and decent ambiance, food is OK not worth the price, just good for overnight stay! It's better to eat outside than this hotel! walking distance to the IT PARK!

Best hotel in Hadapsar area. Ideal for travelers visiting Magarpatta City. Excellent rooms. Very good room service. Excellent food available in the ground floor Cafeteria. Courteous Staff. Good food available in nearby shops in Destination Center also.
