Personnel are very friendly and welcoming. They help us and advise us about our stay in Mumbai.
They were very cooperative also and try to do their best to facilitate our stay.
We hire a driver with them who was very friendly and supportive.

The rooms were lovely, clean , the bathroom is small, warm friendly courteous staff, the location not good though, he entrance is hidden, restaurant has a fantastic menu but pricey with good service. Good for a short stay.

Rooms are reasonable and ambiance is good. Amenities could be better. Location is not the best. Food and service are good but can be better. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cannot complain about the hotel.

A hotel who changes his tariff breakup from his quotation offered.Nightmare during checkout. No clear policies, staff didn't attended issues raised for wrong billing. Worst Experience !!

We were on a business trip and selected this hotel on advice of our friend. We enquired about rates and based upon confirmation from hotel we chose to stay. However the checkout was a nightmare. The invoices breakup provided were different from what was committed to us.
When asked to resolve the matter the response of Management was pathetic. They never bothered about what was committed to us even after showing mail that they have sent.
Moreover the rooms lack ventilation and are very cramped. The Distemper was coming out from walls. When checked with friends same situation was with them too.
Won't recommended to any of my friends to stay here.
