Oitside view is deceptive, hotel is better than that. Rooms are pretty decent with good facilities at its price point. Breakfast is decent but restaurant food quality can improve. Location is good in a somewhat busy area, parking options are very limited.

The room is ok but front desk staff was discourteous. No hot water, average breakfast, poor toiletries. Hotel charges service charges over and above GST, which was refunded after protest . There is little value for money.

excellent value for money place considering its location, cleanliness, food and service. The only thing that needs urgent attention is the poor quality of laundry services. I suggest guests dont get their clothes laundered here. The ventilation in the bathroom/toilet could also be improved.

Small hotel with a few small but rational rooms. Who thought it (or changed it) had to have a strong sense of irrational: reception on the first floor, so two ramps on foot. Fortunately, there are those who take immediately your luggage. On the first floor also the small restaurant. Both could be transferred to the ground floor, using the first floor as a conference room. So much so! Stairs on foot for going to reception and suitcases with! But again, there are those who help you quickly. The restaurant, a self service in small space, is not suitable for those who do not like Indian vegetarian cuisine. But just go out for dinner or lunch. For the rest nothing to say. Excellent value for money even if the lodging was offered. Very professional and courteous staff, cars for transfers to and from the airport, rooms fairly clean according to European standards. I had trouble with hot water but it is also true that I have not reported the problem. I might come back!

Wish non veg was added to the complimentary breakfast.
Room was small.
No hot shower was available.
Other than that all was good.
WiFi was fast.
Hang do not disturb sign when you are sleeping during the day otherwise room service comes ringing the doobell and if u don't respond after three rings,they bang the door , forcing it to open. I opened the door really mad and she offered me two sweets , apologized and left.
Also please don't order the biryani. I ordered the Lamb biryani.Rice was so sticky with all the masalas and tasted like it was soaked in hot water ( uncooked ) and served .
