A clean and practical apartment. I felt comfortable and happy here. The gentleman at reception was kind and funny. A short walk from the centre, maybe a medium length walk for some;) especially when it rains;)
Great value, central location...

The apartment you get for yourself is reasonable, maybe not a high end refurbished hotel room but your own space with bathroom, shower, kitchen and comfortable, clean bed.
If you are not after a fancy hotel room, this is a great accommodation with privacy and it is only 10mbs walk from the central.
Good value...
Thanks
Miki
Good basic accommodation near the centre

It was good to stay here, it was big enough for two people and the neighbourhood was very quiet. It was in walking distance to the centre and its price was affordable. It was quite good value for the money.
Condo Gardens, a very good place to be in Leuven

I know Leuven well. I have stayed in this beautiful University town many times. I didn't know, however, that September was a so busy month. I had to go to Leuven for a scientific meeting, but I could not find a room in the places I usually go. I looked then for a new post in internet and I found that Condo Gardens Appartments offer very interesting possibilities: very near to the Erasmushuis, to the center of the city, to the railway station, etc. A very reasonable prize. I have remained there for two nights. The appartment is very clean, with a good kitchen, a good bad, a good suitcase, good lamps, many switches, a tiny but very complete bathroom, etc. It is very good for people who are 25 to 55 years old: excellent wifi, very simple but useful accomodation, etc., but not elevator or lift, no help to go to your room, no place for daily breakfast out from your room.
It cost us 1,104 euros to stay one night in a Be-Housing room with a black-moldy bathroom.

Considering a Be-Housing reservation? You may want to reconsider. It cost us 1,104 euros to stay one night in a Be-Housing room with a black-moldy bathroom,
I spend annually about 125 nights on the road travelling the world for pleasure and business and have never written a review nor requested a refund until Be-Housing. We made reservations with Be-Housingâs Condo Garden in Leuven for a lengthy stay. We stayed one night in their room that had a bathroom with black mold that was so intense that my wife had trouble breathing. When we left the next day to find alternative housing, all of our clothes for the trip reeked of mold even though we slept the night with the bathroom door closed. The next morning, we requested a refund for the remainder of our stay and they refused. We were directed to Sophie in the Be-Housing sales department and immediately found her dismissive, arrogant and condescending. She adamantly refused to even consider the possibility of any form of refund, even though we had witnesses that attested to the presence of the black mold. We requested that the manager of Condo Gardens take pictures of the bathroom, which clearly showed the mold around the base of the shower as well as the mold that was seeping through the paint around the top of the shower, and send them to Sophie. He did so and once she saw the obvious she recanted and said that Be-Housing would give us a refund for our entire stay minus two nights and fifty euros, for some un-designated reason. It has now been several weeks and we have no refund and she no longer returns phone calls or emails. We are out 1,104 euros for the most miserable night we have had abroad.
