We booked two rooms during new year eve. The property is huge and quite good. But due to lack of supervision, the maintenance and services are pathetic.
1. We got the rooms and the bathroom was dirty. They sent the cleaner and he said it canât be cleaned further. When complained again, housekeeping manager came and the bathroom was cleaned. Isnât the housekeeping manager expected to ensure cleanliness before the check in happens?
2. Bathroom was wet all the time and I requested housekeeping and plumber to fix the problem. After 4 complaints and 24 hours, housekeeping accepted that there was a broken pope and water was seeping thru floor tiles and the room was changed
3. Meals, especially dinner, was always late by at least one hour
We paid a huge amount for the rooms. Certainly not worth it. Would not recommend to anyone

Being an Editor and a global traveller, Corbett Tusker Trail matched all my expectations. The personal touch, be it Mr Mohit Yadav of Atulya Hospitality or the Resort Manager Mr Prem Sagar or the eversmiling staff at the dining room who went out of the way, specially one Prem Sing Rawat, if I got his name right, was simply outstanding. Of course, as usual I have a suggestion-- A dressing table mirror is required in the living area or in the bedroom area. I will be definitely visiting the resort once again and the Leopard room away from the reception area was simply awesome.

It's really like lost in the wilderness . This property is well maintained with plenty of bamboo trees and other varieties of trees. Air is so clear and clean. You can see stars in the night sky.Â
Upon arrival and check-in, our room type was surprisingly upgraded to Jaguar type. It's a beautiful clean room with the view of the green fields from a large glass window. This was amazing surprise !!!.Â
There is no balcony with the rooms.Â
We opted for breakfast and dinner option in our package and that is worth every penny. They serve only 1 non-veg option in the meals. Roghan jogh mutton and kumayo fish curry is superbly delicious. They serve around 4 or 5 veg options during dinner or lunch. Some of the vegetables are organically grown in the rear of the resort.

7. Book the early morning slot safari in advance.
8. 1 hr Jim Corbett video shown by hotel was nice.
9. 45 mins drive to River Kosi. Water is clean and clear during the winters.
Cons and areas of improvement for hotel :-
1. No tandoori snacks along with the meals. They charged extra for them. That's a big disappointment.Â
2. Please remove volleyball court and replace it with lawn Tennis court.
3. No bar.
4. Please add a cupboard in the rooms with sufficient hangers.Â
5. Please provide tea and coffee bags in thr room.
6. Please add some rides for the kids.

I visited this resort during end of rainy season, so that time there were not many people staying there and we received kind of personalized service for lunch, dinner and breakfast. This resort is just few km outside the main reserve area, amenities are good enough, rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was very good, specially non-veg prepared in the local style.
