We were given a night at this hotel by our airline when unexpectedly stranded in Lisbon for one night. The location is not scenic or interesting, but it is a quick ride from the airport and you can take a cab to go downtown (about:6- 7 Euro; taxis are cheap in Portugal). Everything else was fine : good lunch, breakfast, rooms are clean and beds really comfortable. If you have time, it's about 15 min walk to the Gunbelkian museum, you can walk the beautiful gardens or see the museum.

I travel for business a lot. I was here for 12 Days and got to know a little about this property. I was in an executive suite. It was clean. I was on the 23rd floor and above me was the executive lounge. The floor up there is wood and they start working about 6:00am with heels on. Itâs very loud and will wake you from a deep sleep! The air conditioning hardly works so you will be hot and calling them daily about it. My room had two bathrooms - each sink hardly would drain. Iâll stop there - it was a 50-50 experience. Excellent location next door to a metro station. From room 1909 superb views Southwards over the city and the Roman aqueduct. Room and bed and bedding really comfortable and well appointed. The food at the hotel was truly excellent, in truth I should have stuck with just breakfast which was one of the best presented I have ever seen. Furthermore all of the staff really friendly adding to the enjoyment of the stay.

We stayed 3 nights at Corinthia Lisbon. Our experience was excellent. While this is a beautiful property in a decent location (not away from downtown but close to metro and airport), the real star here is the staff. From check-in to breakfast to the concierge we were treated like treasured guests. We were traveling as a family but our hotel reservations had to be made separately. When we told the reception staff at check-in, they immediately made sure that both rooms were on the same floor. It was our first time in Lisbon and the staff at this hotel made us feel right at home!

We were taking a 4 day February break. A lovely hotel, well positioned a stone's throw from the metro, railway and bus station. Travel into town was dead easy, as was the excursion to Sintra. Staff were wonderful, welcoming and, basically, just old fashioned charming. Room was great , we went for an upgrade and the executive lounge was a real bonus. This is the second Corinthia hotel we have stayed at and we see no reason why we will go elsewhere. Thanks, we had a great time.
