Nothing was to much trouble , have never experienced such helpful staff in the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at.
Evening meal was excellent and good value . My only criticism would be the tired cooked breakfast but that is being ultra critical .

We got into Cork airport about 11pm and we went to the Cork International Hotel by mistake. We should be at the Cork airport hotel about 3 minutes apart ha ha. So I can honestly say that the Staff at both hotels were very helpful. Receptionist at the International told us to relax and enjoy a drink in the bar and she very kindly got the transfer bus to take us to the airport hotel. Check in was fast and bed was so comfortable. We slept like logs. So well we skipped breakfast and just headed home. But thanks to all involved. We will be back

Perfect! Snow and ice forecast overnight, a 0645 flight in the morning. We decided to drive to the airport the night before and stay over.
Toting a month's worth of holiday luggage after bypass surgery, I asked for help at the desk. No problem at all, glad to oblige. And into the shuttle bus in the morning. Even fetched and loaded the luggage trolley at the terminal.
Scott and his team went well beyond normal service.
And - the room was clean, the bed comfortable - and we travelled relaxed.

An airport hotel would not be my first choice for a family reunion, but Cork Airport Hotel exceeded all expectations when our original accommodation plans fell through.
We stayed a total of five nights, ate in the Olivo restaurant almost every night (and some lunches too) and enjoyed the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The food was excellent and, for a family with some dietary limitations, it was easy to see on the menu what we could and couldn't eat. One vegetarian, one pescatarian, two gluten and dairy free... we are not easy to feed, but the staff were very helpful.
Our rooms were basic but clean and well serviced. Despite the hotel's proximity to the airport, we were not at all disturbed by aircraft noise. Its location was ideal for us, as our activities were based about two miles away, but it's also easy to get in and out of Cork from the airport - there are plenty of taxis and a regular bus service if you don't have a car.
This was not my first stay in this hotel, I have also done the standard one-night "flying" visit that is the norm in airport hotels. Staying for five days gave us the opportunity to appreciate the friendly and efficient staff that make this one special.

Very good stay, location I marked at average but thatâs depending on what you need - getting to the airport couldnât be Closer !! I just wasnât staying for the airport but Is still very accessible to major roads.
The staff here in this hotel make the stay !! Great people make this hotel more than what it is
