Over all very good experience, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent vegetarian menu, especially the south Indian breakfast offering. Spacious, clean and fully equipped rooms overlooking the garden and hills.

It's probably one of the best hotel in the Katra region, but If I only cover good that feedback less reliable as some criticism is always necessary how good hotel might be
What went well ?
1) Hotel staff is very very courteous, helpful, understanding, and knows the business they are in.
2) Hotel is having prompt pickup and drop facility from helipad and Band Ganga.
3) Rooms are extra clean and cozy
4) hotel do offer basic necessities incase you forget to carry.
5) Easy check in and check out
6) Nice and Clean high quality Fabric Sofa
7) Hotel management respects visitors food choices so only serve vegetarian cuisine.
8) Hotel has a very nice scenic view
What needs improvement ?
1) Towels are extra white and clean but had a intense smell of chlorine.
2) Food is tasty but a bit oily
3) On a special requests l we were served in a melamine crockery as Hotel is having bone china and porcelain crockery by default. Which I think should be changed to metallic being Vashno place as bone china is made from bones of cow and pig though not many know this fact

Country-Inn Suites Katra is an extremely comfortable resort style hotel located near the holy town of Vaishno Devi.
The rooms are good sized, very comfortable and well equipped too. Overall property is well kept and well maintained.
Breakfast though limited is quite delicious.
The standout feature is the lovely team working here which is always smiling and eager to help, especially the reception staff.
I would stay again at Country-Inn on my return visit to this holy shrine.

The staff is very helpful, the kids enjoyed the vast lawns as well as the indoor and outdoor games options. They have a free pick and drop off to the Vaishno Devi shrine. The food was great and breakfast served well beyond the cutoff time of 10 a.m.
Had stayed for 2 Nights, next time will stay a night extra.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms with all amenities and excellent ambience. Beautiful garden . Love to stay this hotel again and again. Hotel staff was courteous, allowed us to check in early. Peace and calm away from city hustle bustle.
