I had a good experience from the Hotel and atmosphere. I had food many times from this hotel and the staff services were very excellent. I already suggested my best friends and their family to visit the area and have a lunch with them.This Hotel situated in Kochukadavanthara Cochin. I am really thanks to Mr. Rony , Juby and Jomins for the wonderful buffet Lunch.

The rooms were very good, the place was centrally located, but the staff were not able to talk English properly. Food was not available late in the night, the restaurant was closed very early and they refused to support with food in the night....otherwise the place was very good and well maintained.

The Cochin Palace was excellent in every way! Rooms were comfortable and clean, great food and customer service. Rony arrange a 6 day trip including driver and accomodation around Kerala which was fantastic and made great by the hotel driver Sajeev who not only drove us but was full of information, very friendly, taught us some of the language, where to buy food and advised on genuine attraction/activities. This was a great introduction to India and we feel lucky we found these people to show us around and help us find our feet.

We had a lovely stay at Cochin Palace. Toni, Sujeev & the other staff couldn't help us enough. The porters took our bags directly to rooms, the rooms have a/c and are a good size. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Sajeev drove us around different areas, and helped translate and taught us some of the local language. He showed us good food to eat and we stayed in lovely places. Definately recommend the jeep tours with Manu around Mannur. We have had a lovely 6 days and would recommend to anyone. They assisted us book transport to the next stop on our backpacking journey. Thankyou very much!

Traveling India and found this place on the fly from the back seat of an auto-rickshaw. The rooms where clean with with a/c. The restaurant had a nice variety of meals. The travel service desk was fantastic. They helped organise a wonderful week journey through out the state of Kerala. Providing us with a fantastic driver that went out of his way to meet our needs.
