Absolutely sensational. The staff where fantastic. If you book a room on the 14th floor, you are given 2 hours of complimentary drinks from 5pm every day, which is great after a day of exploring the city.
It did not worry me, but if you are looking for 'english' speaking channels on the TV, they don't exist.

Great location from where to see Osaka. Staff are helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Access to the private bar was a great experience (book a room on 14th floor). Check in was easy as was the booking process.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The canal is just meter away. At the canal you will find many clubs and restraunts. This hotel is also located directly at the 2 famous shopping streets. The staff is good and overall good stay.

Hotel is in a great location, right on the main road and surrounded by so much shopping and food choices. Very suitable if you have young children and don't want to walk too far to get around. Namba station is very close, convenient if coming from the airport and is a main station to get around to most attractions.
The room itself is quite comfortable, especially by Japan standards where it can be quite small. We had a crib in the room which was very convenient. Would stay again in the future. Staff were amazing, so polite and helpful with forwarding our luggage to the next hotel.

The location is perfect of this hotel. Just next to Dotonbori.
The staffs were professional and friendly.
The room was not big but enough. Everything was clean and well maintained.
If you come Osaka for good shopping and food, this hotel is definitely the top 1 choice for you!
