I have stayed here a couple of times since 2015 and it is definitely time for some refurbishment now. The finish on everything in the room shows signs of wear and tear. Only natural, but you expect more from this hotel. That's why I lower my rating from 4 to 3.
Service is still first class though. An example: I had forgotten my do not disturb sign when I left in the morning and got an email asking if I would like my room to be cleaned any way. That's class!

The hotel is what you expect. Good sized rooms, multi device wifi, amenities etc.
Perfect location for E city and probably the best and most expensive in the area.
Staff were generally excellent but a special mention to the team in the main restaurant - made my stay. Special mention to Head Chef Roy who helped continue my food education in everything Indian. I've been travelling to India for over 15 years and the food was right up there with the best.
Sports bar offered a more informal atmosphere but disappointed there wasn't any premier league football showing. Pool table was a bonus.
For those of you hoping for a little winter sunshine then beware the sun will only be on the pool area until 11 am. My only gripe and bit of a design flaw.
The gym has all you need although may be tight if a busy period. Treadmill cross trainer, weights etc.
For non locals - UBER taxis are a cheap way to travel but for some reason the GPS struggles to locate the hotel. Make sure you take some visual bearings!
All in all excellent.

I stayed on the 8th floor overlooking the East restaurant and pool. It was only noisy one evening until around 10:30pm when a party had been booked - aside from that the room was very quiet at all times, which was very much appreciated.
The room itself was very satisfactory, with comfortable bed, recliner, and a very functional desk with charging station built in (India and USA type plugs needed no adapters.)
Shower and bath area very nice, and room cleaned quickly and well aside from one day when I'd left on the DND and emailed the hotel to ignore it - they didn't get the message or understand it, some kind of mixup. Not a concern.
One of the hotel managers went out of his way to help me find some sleep medication (ultimately to no avail) and was earnest in his efforts.
Everyone was friendly, and made my stay a pleasant one.

Stayed here for 5 nights during a business trip to Bangalore. A very nice hotel, great service and large and comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar was great. Room service was good. Good location too.
Will be staying here again when I return to Bangalore.

i had been here for the new year party and had booked a stay package with them. The hotel was amazing and the services was awesome, the infinity pool had an amazing view. the rooms were, neat clean and nicely decorated. the hotel isnt huge in number of floors but boasts of having around 200 rooms which is perfect for any medium sized event. the ball room was huge and the music there was amazing. overall the experience has been fantastic for a single night stay.
