The stay in the hotel was good and location excellent.
BUT:
There was a leak in the shower head that caused water to splash from underneath. (room 302)
The price is very high for this season.
Breakfast begins at 6.30 - too late

The Crowne Plaza is a lovely hotel which is perfect for the northern quarter of Brussels . A stones throw from Le Rougier metro and around the corner from Gare du Nord. Ideal for anybody who is travelling out in the train from Nord in the morning . The hotel is quiet, beautifully decorated and great food.
The asset of this Crowne Plaza is by far the staff. They are a credit and no request or question was too much trouble . Clean and functional and all you can ask for in a stopover hotel .

Very nice hotel! Best area! One step from metro station Rogier three feetâs from shops 5 minutes from grand plaza. Great hotel very clean very nice breakfast not something special but its ok! I will come again and again!

It was my first time staying at this hotel and it was great. I had a nice room but mentioned the heater was not functioning correctly so at first they brought me an electric one but it didn't do it for me so they changed me rooms and even upgraded me.
It was much appreciated and I had a great experience overall.

Another trip and another stay in the palace, still good enough for the money and still adecent nights sleep when you need it.
Plenty parking around the hotel, the new Rogier underground behind the hotel is very good for security, value and space.
