Good service and nice views in an excellent location, paired with adequate pricing. Rooms are comfortable enough, but not much else. TV service could be improved. The beer selection at the bar is good and the breakfast is great. Recommended.

A nicely refurbished hotel. Spacious rooms. Check-in is at Level 7 and you go down from there as the hotel is built on the side of a hill. Very nice surroundings.
Restaurant with a partial view of the city. Health Club with gym, sauna and swimming pool. Access to the historic city centre from the lowest hotel level.
WiFi is very slow and unpredictable. Not good for a 5* hotel.

This is very nice and beautiful hotel situated near the center of the City. Everything was excellent, rooms, staff, accomodation. Beautiful and spacious room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, swimingpool.
All recommendations for this hotel!

Stayed there a night to rediscover the city we actually live in.
The hotel is a house in a magnificent building that has been completely renovated.
I can especially recommend the wellness and spa, which is also not too expensive.
The restaurant and bar are also excellent.
Minor remarks: in some of the hallways, the paintings and walls show minor damage and thereâs no parking of the hotel itself which can be an issue on busy holiday-days.

We stayed with a two family group. The prive was very good. Until we ate the staff was good and fast. The rooms were clean and ok.
Overall the hotel is rocked down:
- the pool is not open
- tiles in the batchroom need fixing
- the chairs & sofas in the bar and restaurant are worn out, after 29 Minutes you get back pain
The real problem, what is probably just the tip of the icerock is that there dishwashing machine doesnt seam to work. All the plates were dirty, I dont talk about rests that comes fron not properly dryed plates / there was literly food rets from like an orange carrot dish from tbe day before on a coupl of them. I checked like 10 plates because my small daughter was hungry and they were 100 percent dirty. That really shocked me. I informed the team and showed them the 10 plates with 100 percent not ok results and asked them to get a clean plate. I waited 5 long minutes and didnt get one. They did not care ir worse they did know. Than I informed the manager and showed him that all ten plates were dirty, he agreed that I was right. To calm down I went to my place, but even now, no sorry and mo clean plate. Exeting the place I spok with the manager again and he didnt seam to care, no excuse, no sorry he tried to talk himself out of it.
The problem in my point if view is not the jucky food rests on my plate it is a potential health issue here. And the plates must have been in the hand twice, out if the wahung machine and onto the plce in t the restaurnt. Two people or four eyes must have seen it and made the wrong choice. I talked to the breakfast team, 10 plates nog ok, why not immediately check all? Third woring coice. I talked to th management, still not all plates changed and the fourth wrong choice.
I am true beliver of the head of the fish stinks first theory, tbe worn out hotel together with very good ratings looks like a clever management strategy of not investing together with good advertising combined with a competitive price sharp on - or over the edge making money on the cost of the healt of the customers. If you look on tbe potential if this hotel, because of its marvelous architecture and the perfect location and compare it to the results of the manegemt team from the customers viewpoint it really a shame.
