The hotel is very nice with a great selection of food and drinks. Nicely placed on the bank of The Maas river and an incredibly great view on the city. The terrace is a beautiful place to spend time in the afternoon sun enjoying a drink.

The best part of this hotel by miles was the breakfast. You get lots of high quality options in a very nice room.
Service elsewhere was mixed, our room was fine without being amazing and the hotel generally is a god example of crowne plaza hotels

Crowne Plaza is a typical Crowne Plaza as you would expect. Rooms are recognizable in layout and furniture. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Checking in was a quick and smooth experience. Parking is available in an underground parking at â¬18,50 per day.
The restaurant serves a good and extensive breakfast. The waiting staff in the restaurant is attentive and very friendly with a nice local accent.
The hotel is on the banks of the river Maas with rooms overlooking the river towards the old city.
Walking distance to shopping, dining, bars and the railway station.
All in all a pleasant stay in Maastricht.

We were there for only one night and I was sorry to leave.
We had a nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast with a lot of choice.
Next time in Maastricht we will stay there again.
Location is great at the bank of the Maas, near the centre but not so near that you are woken up by the noice of the citycentre and night.

As an IHG platinum member, we were fortunate to get an upgrade to the Executive room. Room was fantastic with a great big bed, clean and sizable bathroom as well. Location is good too, right by the Meuss River and 5 minutes away from the city center across the bridge. Staff competent and courteous to interface to the guests. It's also about a 10min walk from the train station. Overall two thumbs up. Maastricht is such a modern, fashionable and clean city to stroll around.
