Nice hotel with good service.
In case you like shopping there is a big shopping mall in the building.
Nice bed and good Room overall
Shuttle bus free of charge to the AirPort
Book space in time to make sure you can leave in time.

Very good hotel,
Rooms are very well designed,
Very practical, because it is located above mall,
The weird thing i can found is the access to swimming pool, which has to walk next to breakfast area,
Other than that, it is very recommended hotel located in the heart of semarang,

we stayed here on New Years Eve. all staff from the receptionist, chef, etc are very friendly and helpful. the room is very comfortable and spacious enough, we cant hear noisy at all so we can sleep well eventho there is a new year party in Balaikota.
Breakfast is very tasty. so far very satisfied staying at Crowne Plaza Semarang

Check in process was good. My husband and I made the trip as combine business and leisure.
Room is just OK. But too noisy. Receptionist were providing quiet floor (quiet area) for us. We were happy at the firts time. But in fact there are so many family with kids also stayed on the same floor. How come you expect for quiet floor when you have kids on the same floor. They just run along the alley and made any other noisy activities.
I don't like your 7th floor. It just look like abandoned area. Just blank and no direction/signage. Not as expected.
Parking area also not practical. Hotel is in the same area of shopping mall. I don't think if they have specific parking lot for hotel guests.

It is located in downtown of Semarang and one location with a mall. Nearby the hotel there is some local food stalls that we can go there just by walk. The hotel was clean. The room was spacious with a bath-up inside. The amenities were equipped well. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. They also provided free shuttle to the airport. This is a great hotel.
