The caves are marvellous, really well equipped, with all the facilities and decorated with a lot of charm. A really special stay. Besides the owners are really nice and helpful. Somewhere to stay at least once in your life.

Truly an excellent place to stay in a quiet little village in Spain. Of the 2 weeks we spent in Spain, this was our favourite spot (and that included stays in Barcelona and Girona). We split the largest room with another family and there was tonnes of space, and even included amenities we didn't expect like a small dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen.
Outside there was plenty of room for the kids to roam (9 kids), and for the adults (8) to relax and leisurely cook supper in the evening on the charcoal stove. There was a small convenience store at the bottom of the street that also had a deli in it, which made getting food a breeze.
Kudos to our host, Rueben, as well. One of the nicest people I have ever met. He arranged for Paella and Sangria one of the nights we were there and if we ever needed anything else, he was more than happy to oblige.
Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprise at Hotel Barnederas. The rooms given to us was a very good room or better said a beautiful apartments. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom and all the rooms are equiped with all the bells and whistles of the modern comodities that we are used to our lives like, plasma tv, kitchenet with microwave and stove, heating throughout the whoe apartment and the most important thing is a HOT SHOWER! I would love to go back with friends and family next and do my own BBQ in the patio as some apartments are equiped with a BBQ place. 2 thumbs up for the great cave experience and a comfortable holiday!
