I booked 1 family room to stay with my friends. We arrived late at 9 PM and the check in process is so quick. We could get our room key without waiting too long. Hotel staff also helped to carry our belongings to the room. I was so happy with our room. The family room consist of 2 separate bed rooms and 1 extra room to put our belonging. Its more than we expected for a family room.
Breakfast also good. They have some menu including traditional snack but my favorite one is sayur pakis tauco!!
Location is good in the town,
Also thanks to the hotel staff that clean our room. I left my book after we check us and they catched us during breakfast to return the book. Thank you!!
Unfortunately during my stay, we can't connect to Hote's wifi. Somehow our gadgets can not detect the wifi. We stayed at the 3rd floor.
Overall.. I like the hotel service and the family room. I recommended the hotel especially if you stay with your family and or friends.

Stayed for the last 3 nights of our family the room very clean and big enough for my wife and I and our 2 boys .We visited with another family who stayed in the room next door. It was great because the kids could all run around out the front and go back and forth between the rooms. The staff very friendly also breakfast very delicious especially lontong sayur , Very recommended this hotel to friend and family

Planned to have vacation with friends at Bukittinggi. From the airport to down town might take 45 minutes. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, while we were waiting some other friends before to Bukittinggi. Well, no welcome drink presented upon check in, even though the only reception handled was friendly, but not the other reception. The room looks old and the color was rather dark. The situation was like in the guest house, whereas we were allocated in 4th floor. In the departure day there, I left my equipment, I just remembered after arrived at Bukittinggi. Nobody from hotel side tried to contact me. Before we went back to Jakarta, I stayed in the clean hotel next door.

A hotel with a location in the middle of Padang city. Easy to reach
Need improvement in room arrangement
The hotel is quite crowded, rooms are clean, but no window with nice view.
Breakfast is quite good, car parking is limited

I stayed here for business trip and the location is strategic, but the hotel itself was not very special. There were no towels in our room and we have to wait and asked a few times to get it. The room was small with minimum lighting, but clean enough. The breakfast menu didn't have a lot of variation. It's a budget hotel with strategic location.
