There are homestay and homestay and this is an excellent homestay, and I have stayed in a few.
Daniel (Clement) and his wife are very kind, helpful and friendly. The place is spotless clean and very comfortable. Unlike some homestays the shower is hot.
It is also in a perfect location for Fort Kochi and is very near to the basilica and Chinese fishing nets and fabulous restaurants.
This home stay only has 2 rooms so book ahead! I would not hesitate to come back to Daniels and look forward to returning here.

Came here bij accident; best accident ever. Was very clean and amazing owners. Everything is walking distance, so good location. We even got a piece of delicious homemade cake from them :). Nothing more to say; we recommend this place!

Daniel and flower where very kind to us and was very respect to our privacy!
Daniel is 76 years old and was born in this house:)
He offered to give us a lift to the station the day we left.

We spoke to the owner of the place on the phone 2 days before arrival, and he saved us a room. We were suppose to arrive around 5 a.m but our train was late and he did not say anything about the changing of the arrive date. We came to stay here 3 people in one room, it was amazing and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of mineral water and cake. The room is ao clean and they welcomed us into their home.
I didn't feel well and they went to get me medicine we couldn't find cause it was Christmas eve and a Sunday.
Overall the best place, we will sure come back here again!!! Thank you

Without any doubt, Daniel's place is the best place to stay at in Kochi.
He was there whenever I needed his help.

The rooms are super clean and the location is perfect!
