A stopover travelling north. It has large clean rooms with all the basic facilities..All of them work admirably except the fee free wi fi.The staff cannot do more to make your stay. They will help physically.suggest places to go .find cabs and so on .You feel that they really care. There is a lot of coming and going early and late.ear plugs might be an idea

Overall stay ok but they took money out my account 5 months later with out telling me (£52), a significant amount in the last week of January. I have made several attempts to find out why they have done this but nobody will get back to me. I stayed here 8/09/17. I think to take money 5 months later without informing is worrying and rude.

Great staff great night sleep cheep as chips and you get more for your money than you would expect. Would love if they did a breakfast but there's McDonald's and other places thank you for a great night stay and I would always use your hotels

Ideal stop over spot. My room was clean fresh and tidy.
Nice to find find a hotel with a nice deep bath for a change.
Ample parking which is free, but limited food outlets near by.
The lady on reception was an absolute pleasure.

We stayed at this Inn as it was Pet friendly and we were travelling south to pick up a ferry to Europe.
We were checked in by the friendly staff on reception and given a ground floor room at the end of the corridor facing onto the front of the hotel which we later found to be the noisy side due to poor window glazing as the hotel is on the main M74 motorway.
The place had no bar or restaurant so we had to use either of the only two eateries on site which were Costa Coffee or Macdonalds.!!!!!!!!
