My Dad was taken seriously ill and we desperately needed beds for our family at 9am. They quickly had rooms cleaned for us and allowed us to go in them at 9:30 for no extra cost and the cleaners even respectfully kept quiet so we could sleep through the day.

I have an issue with the smell of smoke in my room, I had reported this to reception and they arranged a room that had just been renovated and it was lovely for the price I paid. I will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfectly adequate for the price, clean, comfortable. The staff certainly make this hotel. We arrived on Friday at approx 4pm, the two young ladies at reception were fabulous, extremely helpful and pleasant, as was Sherry on checkout Saturday. Helpfulness and manners cost nothing. Great job girls.

Our rooms in another chain called the night before we travelled to Leicester to inform us that due to a catastrophic water leak the 2 rooms we thought we'd be staying in were no longer in a state to stay so Days Inn was in the right area and there was a 20% discount. Yes it's not in the most wonderful position or setting however our room was perfect, we needed somewhere warm, clean and close to the motorway. It was fine. There was not too much noise although there was a couple on the floor above who were having a loud disagreement but this can happen anywhere. We slept quite well and were able to get off quickly the following monring.

wasnt pleased with my stay this time, stayed here before and this time did not meet the standards of last time. room wasnt clean, bathroom was untidy, had one tiny towel between two of us, bed was uncomfortable and there was no spare pillows like there usually isâð¼
