We really enjoyed our stay at De Keyser Hotel. The location is perfect, across the train station and right in the middle of the center with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Check in went very smooth and quick. We stayed in a very comfortable big beautiful room with amazing big bed. The bathroom was very modern with delightful rain shower and very good lighting . There was a mini bar in the room and plenty of closet space for our stuff. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The room and hotel area were the same as on the website pictures. We had an amazing stay! Thumbs up for the management and stuff.

We took a larger room, bathroom two toilets which was comfortable and clean. The staff are professional and helpful. Located opposite the train station and on the main shopping street. We had breakfast included and there are loads of restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel has an excellent centralized location in the city.
In itself the hotel has decent facilities and rooms, the breakfast buffet was certainly as we expected.
The staff was friendly and service minded, the refrigerator in the room was not working and they followed through immediately.

The staff were really accommodating, friendly and the hotel is really lovely! Breakfast is also very good, with more choice than most continental breakfasts. Location is perfect! Would definitely recommend hotel.

This hotel is an O.K. choice. It is located very conveniently outside of the Central Train Station in Antwerp. Easy access by foot or public transportation to any site worth visiting, really. The room was large but not well lit. The breakfast is very good with many choices, including salads, eggs, fruits. The coffee cups are too small. But, the breakfast room can be bustling, and sometimes the fruit pate will come out late, as will the Belgium waffle maker, if it comes out at all. Still, the breakfast is a very positive aspect of experiencing this hotel.
