Loved to stay at De Sovrani Checking in was very smooth front desk were extremely efficient. We reached the hotel at 12.30am and asked them to arrange dinner.. It was done quickly and had amazing food. The rooms and bathroom was neat and clean. Staff is very cordial and polite. My stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed in. The service was horrible. I mean, can you expect dinner being served in your room without Spoons and forks. Furthermore, upon complaining, the concerned person started arguing with us. We were told that room service was available 24 hours. But when we tried to order Dinner a bit late, we were told that only rice would be available, no Rotis. Absolutely rubbish, pathetic and terrible

Busy Hotel but the front desk and housekeeping Handel it well. The stay was nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
The hotel is located close to city center 1. Very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

A well located hotel close to city center1. Neat and clean rooms and toilets with good quality towels and toiltries. The size of the rooms are small but otherwise it's good. Staffs are courteous and friendly. The food is of good quality. Very good place for business stay.
