My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a Friday and Saturday night for a family visit. It is clearly aimed at the corporate market, but the price for bed and breakfast on those nights was very reasonable, hence our choice.
We stayed in a room in the more modern side of the hotel and found it to be clean, comfortable and reasonably well-provisioned with a spacious bedroom and and a comfortable bathroom (with over-bath shower). Our one complaint about the shower was that the flow control was missing, so that what we got was Little Dribbling (apologies to Bill Bryson). Traffic noise from the M25 was a little troubling but did depend on the wind direction.
The dinner we felt was overpriced for what we got and the food lacked taste and was somewhat chewy: in contrast the breakfast couldn't have been better with an excellent choice of both hot and cold food as well as fruit and fruit juice choices and hot drinks.

The shower is horrendous!!! Pet hate over now :)
Check out took an eternity but the parking and setting is great.
Wi-fi was good and the rooms were satisfactory but nothing more than that.
Generally, the hotel feels as though it has too many rooms for its facilities. The wait for a table at breakfast was laughable.
Location is superb for the M25.

We stopped here after a spur of the moment night away. Didn't use the facilities only slept over.
Pro:
-reasonable rate paid
-checkin/out smooth, receptionists polite and helpful
- comfy room, had all required needs. Obs: didn't blow us away but just fine.
Cons:
-Parking was a nightmare due to wedding, drove round several times in muted lighting/signage and ended up parking on the side of a verge as others had
- room location -think we were above communal toilets due to frequent blowers/general noise of guests talking over blowers
It met our needs so happy enough with our stay and it was well located for our following days activity.

Horrible room with dirty carpet and dirty curtains, narrow and long room with a small tiny shower. Dripping water from shower no pressure at all and no conditioner or body lotion provided..
Food very average, tasteless and no much choice.

I stayed here overnight on business for the second year running in October. My room this time was a little out of the way and the lighting thereto at night was dubious. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The meeting rooms were good, however, the communal areas were often too warm. Staff were friendly but not engaged, probably due to the high turnover of guests.
