The hotel is located in the prime spot bang opposite to the sea beach. We stayed at the cottage rooms at the rooftop, which were quite good. The rooms were not big but had all basic amenities. Sea could be viewed from the terrace (not from the rooms). There were many plants in earthernpots outside the rooms and on the terrace, which we nice looking but made the place a bit cramped. We had to opt for package including all food (breakfast till dinner) due to the rush season. Food was quite good and elaborate but we would have preferred to avoid this option. Mutton, Chicken, Fish, Lobster were available in lunch on different days but the menu lacked green vegetables, fruits and curd. Room service and courtesy were excellent. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and bed sheets were changed everyday.

Had an beautiful holiday in puri & this hotel has given me some pleasant memories. Well maintained, staffs were quick, inhouse restaurant with tasty food n decent price. Cleaning was done twice daily. Bathroom was spacious n had hot n cold running water.
Price is not at all on the higher side considering it's location n facilities.

On sea beach, may watch sea from balcony. Clean, well maintained. Staff friendly. Room average with comfortable mattress & clean sheets. Has A/C in working order. Bathroom, nothing fancy but spacious & clean. Has hot & cold water. Room has a front side, sea facing balcony. Restaurant has reasonably priced good food.
No wi fi facility. Nearest cyber cafe (for internet access) is 2 km away. No coffee making machine, fridge, microwave in the room. The hotel charges price at which these facilities should have been present.
In short, good place but overpriced.

Service of this hotel is good.But property is not maintained properly.Location is really good.Towels and bedsheets are not that clean.Room service is good and food quality is also good.Front facing rooms of 2nd floor are good.They have option for cottages at the top floor.

nice family hotel, good view from hotel front sea facing, best view from 1st and 2nd floor. family atmosphere, staffs are all cooperative and helpful. foods are delicious, tours and travels operator also v helpful. neither they will over charge
