Disappointed with the quality of water, I complained with the manager who was in charge until I exited the hotel in a state of bathing, wait 2 days I do not shower because the water is dirty, and no compensation, I stay with my family in room 2237, 2235, 2233, 2329, and 3 rooms that I forgot to remember it, i stay in delonix at 30 Deceber - 1 jan to cekout

What a pleasant & relaxing experience we had in the Delonix Hotel, it was our home from 16/10/17 to 24/11/17 while my husband worked in Karawang. Itâs in a peaceful location, only metres from the Sedana Golf & Country Club & 3 kms from the local amenities, which is no problem as there are hotel cars available each day to drop you in the local area or the city of Jakarta & pick you up again, at no charge. There is also a mini supermarket in the hotel. There are two shopping malls within a 15 minute drive. The pool, gym, restaurants, reception, laundry, housekeeping are all faultless. The rooms are very tastefully decorated & are much bigger than the average hotel room, with a very useful kitchenette area. But the gems in this hotel are the managers & staff, they made us feel completely at home & we really felt like part of their family. All the staff from every department did everything they could to make us happy & comfortable, smiling all the while, Karsim & Vika were especially helpful on reception. Thanks to you all, hopefully weâll see you again.

I am staying at DELONIX hotel karawang 4 years. Every staff is very frendly. Especialy exsistence of japanese GRO is very helpful for our daily life. The environment, foods, room also very good. For japanese gest, big ofuro is very attractive. Anyway if you have a chance to come to Indonecia, try to stay DELONIX karawang.

I've been in Karawang several times and I often come to Delonix hotel.
The Hotel is very nice, clean and quiet, perfect to relax after a heavy working day!
Is it also inside a beautiful park, so totally isolated from the traffic and the not-so-nice environment in Karawang.
Even if it's very "japanese" oriented, it offers many activities, like gym, swimming pool with a nice bar beside it.
A special note for the staff: always very friendly and ready to satisfly every requests!!!

Such a good place to escape from your daily routine. I went here with my wife after searching from their Instagram that there is this beautiful hidden gem on Karawang. The best thing is itâs not far from Jakarta, only 1.5 hour driving. Itâs a best alternative other than Bandung to have your short escape. We were very surprised when we arrived that it felt like a resort, very relaxing and serene. Reception team was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The cleanliness of the room was incredibly great. They even prepared an elephant towel with flower petals to welcome me and my wife. The breakfast was also amazing with excellent garden view and the variety was surprisingly varied. I enjoyed the whole hotel experience with all the facilities especially the Ofuro. I was very surprised they have Ofuro. You donât need to go to Japan to find this kind of experience.
I had dinner at Miami Cafe - superb steak and attentive professional service. Hotel exterior and interior are top notch make you feel like you stay in a private resort compound. Overall the experience of staying at Delonix Hotel was wonderful. It is very relaxing for young couple like us to have a short escape from daily routing. We will surely back at this hotel.
