Nabbed the last room here for a couple of nights in Nelson. Nice apartments with everything you need. Has a heated pool too but it wasn't very big. Comfy loungers tho. Good location just a couple of blocks from all the shops and restaurants. Practically across the road from Trafalger Park

This place is close to the i-site and a short stroll from the town centre. It is clean and quiet. I stayed in a studio apartment and it was extremely tiny, although all the advertised amenities were jammed into it. The swimming pool is also minute. These things didn't bother me because I wasn't in Nelson to sit in my room or swim in a pool.

Fantastic 5 star accommodation, perfectly clean which was equipped with everything you would want.
We booked to stay here for 5 nights while attending a wedding in Nelson, we were not able to book the same accommodation as our friends from Australia.
We were so lucky to have chosen Delorenzos.
Only downside was the speed of the Internet, but think it is the same throughout New Zealand.
This place was the best during our stay in NZ.

We have extended our stay at Nelson and searched for a comfortable room.
This apartment was large, with fully equipped kitchenette. There was a laundry machine with a dryer in the bathroom.
The king size bed was very comfortable and large, rarely to be seen in New Zealand.
Parking just at the apartment. The unit was in a waking distance to the town center. Generally, 5 stars accommodation to us.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Nelson. Really nice apartments and great staff. Easy walking distance to the middle of town where the restaurants are. Pretty much across the road from Trafalgar park. Has a heated pool but it is pretty small.
