It was a very pleasant stay...we were welcomed with the welcome drink.. The place is very clean and well maintained.. The service is excellent.. Very beautiful river view... Breakfast was also good... For activities Table tennis, billiards, kicker, swimming , and gym facilities are available... At night the place is very beautifully lit up.. Only disappointment was that there was no SPA facility available and ample parking although they offered vallet parking ...

The pictures online encouraged us to book for a night during our ten day road trip to Goa...wanted a river front experience for a change from the beach hopping but was kind of disappointed...nothing much to write home about in terms of location or otherwise...reception staff is not the pleasant kind one would expect...so that puts you off the minute you enter plus no parking to speak of which is a major disadvantage when on a road trip in your new set of wheels...the food is extremely overpriced...the buffet breakfast is superb though...the rooms are plush but that's about it...ended up spending the entire day out...the pictures don't do justice...its too small a place...wouldn't recommend...

Stayed in this hotel for a night. Room was spacious with all amenities specially a quite decent-sized wash room. Property is not very big and located right on the bank of river Mandovi. River view is quite refreshing from the lawn. Complementary breakfast was varied and good.
Location is a bit offbeat though calm and quiet but you don't get any convenience except for taxis called by the hotel management... and they are expensive! One odd that bothered me was the pungent smell all over the approach road and also on some places of the lawn which likely to be because of the fishing activities in nearby areas.
The property is far from any of the popular beaches.

One of the best places i visit in Goa. +tive 1) Awesome view if you take river view rooms. 2) Available of TT table and pool table help you in hotel time if you were with family. 3) For couple right place to spend time in alone. 4) Quite good place to click pics (due to river front seen). 5) For vegetarian like me good breakfast meal available with variety of 3 to 4 dishes.
-tive 1) 15 km from baga and other north goa beaches and 30 km from south goa and 5 km from panjim. So required vehicle from day 1 if you are planing to view goa your own.
2) Rooms are decent not extra ordinary with me its fine.

We stayed in River facing Deluxe suite. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Check-in was quick. Staff was also very helpful. Rooms offers a very beautiful view of River Mandovi. Breakfast was very delicious with wide range of options. Would highly recommend to take breakfast option. You get a free pick-up and drop from Casino as it is part of same group as Deltin Royal. Location is bad as it has nothing in close vicinity. Its a good stay option if one intend to relax and maybe go to Casino.
