Really good place to stay in Kodanadu.its basically business and Leisure hotel. Large parking area, nice and tasty food.Got really good swimming pool.This hotel got really good pub also.For any get together they got good halls.Overall nice place to stay.

Hotel Dewland is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in years.
- The water pump broke down at the hotel and there was no water at the hotel in the morning for a couple of hours!
- The hotel is very poorly staffed which resulted in no drinking water being served at hotel restaurant and the food regularly took 30 minutes to arrive after placing the order.
- Internet connectivity is very poor and does not work most of the time.
- This hotel is 40kms from Kochi so the sightseeing that you can do is near the hotel which is limited.

We had a very pleasant three day stay and the hotel staff could not have been nicer. We were quite early in the season (beginning of October), so perhaps we should not have been surprised to be the only hotel guests - but we certainly got lots of attention! The hotel is out in the countryside without obvious places to go on foot. We had an exciting and bumpy trip by jeep visiting several eco-tourist sites including walks in the jungle and a visit to an elephant training centre (which was eye-opening). The swimming pool was very pleasant and there was a serious looking ayurvedic spa (which we did not use). The WiFi was very intermittent.

Me with my family stayed for two nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Since there are not many guests morning breakfast is not buffet but order individual and takes 20 -30 min for getting delivered. WiFi connection is poor which frequently gets disconnected. Remaining all facilities are good,
