The hotel is in an old villa and the interieur is really nice and oldfashioned. The bathrooms or the wall to wall carpet could be a bit newer, though.
The rooms were totally overheated, even with the heating switched off - I needed to open the window all night. Too loud in one room, acceptable in another one.
Room service could definitely improve - a towel thrown on the floor in the morning should not be there in the evening, a used glass should be washed.
Full buffet breakfast is served only when there are enough guests - otherwise they fall back to a mixture of buffet and a-la-carte service, with waiters who hardly understand English.
Finally the wellness area is a rip-off - 20⬠for one hour sauna is not what I would expect as a hotel guest.

The restaurant was very cozy for accommodating and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The guests staying in the hotel were very happy with the rooms and services. Great menu offer - Mohammed is an amazing chef! We were very happy with the openness of the management, Mr. Fascu and Mrs. Alexandra and want to thank them for making this event a truly memorable one. We gladly recommend also the partners recommended by the hotel for the flower arrangements, Perle Events.

Nice, dog friendly but not ****+. It is not a boutique hotel, itâs really outdated. The phone in the room was defect and they solved this issue only after 3 tickets at the reception. They forgot to put toilet paper in the room... The furniture is a little to old, also the curtains stained. At the breakfast all clean cups were dirty, all spoons the same. Unfortunately for the owner this hotel suffers from carelessness. There are only small things, details to turn around this hotel.

It is a charming quaint like boutique hotel, with attention to detail - the old-fashioned room keys they use deserve a special mention. The rooms are along the same line, traditional in style but moderate in size, with all must-have amenities; mine was at the side of the building, so not bright enough.
The breakfast was far above average, offering the mainstream options, but also a local flavors mix. The main asset though was the exceptional service in all aspects: from the night shift receptionist that lent me his personal phone charger, to the always helpful restaurant staff.
The hotel was booked by my company, due to its proximity to RomExpo, but it is certainly an option, if back to town.

They claimed to have a car parking area. When we got there, we found out that by parking area they meant 2 car spots in the front of the hotel, which of course were busy at that time. I had to park on the streets. Totally unreliable.
