I have stayed at this Hotel for one night each year for several years. It is very convenient for the Sierra Nevada ski slopes. The Hotel is moderately priced, very friendly and lives up to the standards claimed. I plan to go there again shortly

Not only were we given confirmation for a room but when we arrived they had given our
Room away - and we were given the NASTIEST MOST AGRESSIVE reception by the manager that I have ever experienced. Not only is
This singular to experience as a traveller but the manager on duty was physically threatening.
I strongly advise
You NOT to spend a CENT of your money at this place.
You may find yourself as we did- with nowhere to sleep at the last minute.

Stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to the Sierra Nevada slopes, which are only a 30 minute drive away. The hotel is clean and welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious. There's a good restaurant attached to the hotel which served well priced food and there's even a small bar for watching football! Breakfast was continental and adequate. The car park was very tight but ok as long as not too full! WiFi worked fine. Our rooms both had small terraces which were lovely on a sunny day in February! Overall, a good value experience, thanks!

Been in this hotel for work for 2 weeks (ie including week end). The location is convenient in you want to go in Sierra Nevada and to Granada. 10 min to city center and Alhambra. Rooms are clean but sometimes noisy if located at street side. Free Wifi working fine for vacation, a bit week for working purpose (big files). The staff is really friendly. Someone at the lobby 24h/24, parking free (but narrow), hotel restaurant is fine (try bocheta de solomillo!)
